1. THE SEVENTH SEAL — 1963-03-24

• ¶16–¶19 Now, I don’t know. The next thing would follow this, would be the Seven Trumpets, in a other message. But, in the Seals, practically everything is included. The church ages come down, and we placed them first, which was most—which was most important, but the…of that time. Now, the opening of the Seals shows where the Church goes, and how It ends up. And now, I think, the Heavenly Father has been certainly gracious to us, for letting us see what we have. And I say this, looking over old notes that I preached on, many years ago, I was just coming in and saying what I thought was right, and going on. It was a way off of the line. And now, all four of them Seals, I had it in about twenty-minute sermon, all of it. The four horse riders, of Revelation, I throwed them all together and said, “One horse went in white,” I said, “perhaps that’s the—the—the early age. And the next horse went in famine,” and then on like that. But, my, when the Word really was opened up, It was a hundred miles away from it. So, it behooves us to watch and wait. And maybe it had to be this time to do it. There may be many things that’s been said, that might be disagreeable with other people. But I believe, when the great wind- up time comes, and we meet our Lord, you’ll find out that It was right. Yes, sir. It—It—It really is. Now, people who are from out of town, from around at different places, come in from different states and nations, how I appreciate your sincerity to travel all the distance, and to take your vacations. And some of them even without places to stay! I—I know, ’cause I’ve been able to help some of them get place to stay. Without even money to eat on, or anything else, and so…and even come, anyhow, expecting something to happen, to take care of it. And with such great faith in that, that no matter if they have to go without food, or even a place to stay, they want to come hear those, them things happen, anyhow. That’s really gallant, you know. And everybody has just been so one-hundred-percent!

• ¶267–¶272 Notice, one thunder, Seven Messages that’s been sealed up and cannot be revealed until the last day, of this age. See what I mean? Now, have you noticed the mysterious part of this week? That’s what It is. That’s what It’s been. It’s been not a human being, a—a man, it has been the Angels of the Lord. Notice, there is witnesses, of three, sitting in here, that a week ago, a little over a week ago, I was up, way back into the mountains, nearly to Mexico, with two brethren that’s sitting here. Picking cocklebur, or sandburs, off of my trouser leg; and a blast went off, that almost, looked like, shook the mountains down. Now, that’s right. I never told my brethren, but they noticed a difference. And He said to me, “Now be ready. Go east. Here is the interpretation of that vision.” See? Now, to let you know, Brother Sothmann has not got the game that he went after. We was trying to get it for him. And He said, “Now, tonight, for a sign to you, he isn’t going to do it. You must consecrate yourself at this time for the visitation of these Angels.” And I felt beside myself, you remember. And I was in the west, the Angels was coming east, and as They come by, I was picked up with Them, (You remember that?) coming east. And Brother Fred, in here tonight, is a witness, and Brother Norman. As we went down, I almost persuaded that man to stay and get his game. Is that right, Brother Sothmann? [Brother Fred Sothmann says, “Amen.”—Ed.] Yeah, there, stands right there. I persuaded; but, yet, He said, “He won’t do it.” I never said nothing; went on.

• ¶304–¶307 That shows It’s from God, for, see, It fits exactly in the promises of God, from the end of the—the Message. You notice. Notice now, for the end-of-time Message, this Seal. After all, He—He has revealed all the six Seals, but He don’t say nothing about the Seventh. And the end- time Seal, when It starts, will be absolutely a total secret, according to the Bible, before knowing That. And remember, Revelation 10:1-7, 1 to 7, chapter 10:1 to 7, “At the end of the seventh angel’s Message, all the mysteries of God would be known.” We’re at the end time, the opening of the Seventh Seal. Now, how did I know? The other day, last Sunday, a week ago today, when I was preaching on “Be humble! Be humble! Remember, God deals in little things,” I didn’t realize what it really was talking about, and now I see it. It is in such a humble way! You would think that something like that would be revealed to the Vatican or…But It comes just like John the Baptist. It comes like the birth of our Lord, in a stable. Glory to God! So help me, the hour is at hand! Amen! We’re here. Oh, my! Now do you see it, the Truth of God’s vision, the seven Angels bringing me from the west? They were coming from the west, coming back east, bringing here for this Message tonight. Oh, my! Now, the Voice of that great thunder, and the mission that was brought here, has been revealed, that It…and proven that It was of God. Just think now. I knew not these Seals, and they been revealed this week. Did anybody think of that, of those seven Angels being This, being the Message that was coming forth, them Angels bringing me back here for That? See?

• ¶330–¶336 The Kingdom of God is coming. And It’s becoming more from the negative to the positive, as it has been. Now, that oughtn’t to choke people. From justification, to sanctification, to the baptism of the Holy Ghost, and then here, here. See? We’re just drawing closer to God, all the time. Can’t you see, Methodist ministers, how that your message of sanctification was above that which Luther preached? You Pentecostals, can’t you see your message of the baptism is beyond that which Methodists preached? You know what I mean? Oh, we’ve had a lot of things go forth! And that’s right. And if there’s anybody that despises wrong, and people saying something that’s actually lies and not the Truth, I hate that. But I—I do love the solid Truth, no matter how much It interrupts this way or that way. If It’s Truth, God will finally show It as Truth. And if He doesn’t do that, one of these days soon, then my vision wasn’t right. Now you see where I just laid myself. “When will it be, Brother Branham?” I cannot tell you. I do not know. But, one of these days, if we never meet again on this earth, we’re going to meet yonder at the—at the Judgment Seat of Christ. And you’ll find out, that, in that room, the revelation coming from God, just like all the rest of them has, that Them…One of the mystery of that Seal, the reason It wasn’t revealed, It was Seven Thunders that uttered Their voices. And there It is, perfectly. Because, nothing knows anything about It. It wasn’t even written. So, we’re at the end time. We are here. I thank God for His Word.

• ¶389–¶393 You notice it, another purging time, that’s for Israel, when she gathers. That’s the second fold. God purges Israel in the Tribulation period. Out of the millions that’ll gather there, there’ll be a selected one hundred and forty-four thousand, and they will be purged, also. God is purging Israel. Notice, there is a whole earth is to be purged. There will be such a thing that the moon, stars, and all nature, will be purged. You see what it is? The earth is renewing herself, being purged, getting ready for the Millennium. The Millennium is coming up. And, see, everything that’s got any filth in it is to be purged during the Sixth Seal. Now, now, do you notice? On the opening of this Seventh Seal, it’s also in a threefold mystery. This one, I have…will speak and have spoke, that it is the mystery of the Seven Thunders. The Seven Thunders in Heaven will unfold this mystery. It’ll be right at the Coming of Christ, because Christ said no one knew when He would return. Did you notice, when the Jews asked Him that? Know…When we compared the Scripture here with Matthew 24, with the six Seals, the Seventh Seal was left out. Because, you see, Christ said only God Himself knowed, not even the Angels. No wonder, It wasn’t even written. You see, they hushed; nothing take place then. Angels don’t know It. Nobody knows when He is coming. But there’ll be a—there’ll be a—a Seven Voices, of these Thunders, that will reveal the great revelation at that time. So, I believe, to us who…If we don’t know It, and if we…It won’t be knowed till that time. But it will be revealed in that day, in the hour that it’s supposed to be revealed in. So, the thing for us to do is to be reverent before God, and serve Him, and do all that we know how to do, and live good, Christian lives. Here, now, we find that the Sixth Seal has been opened to us; we see It. And we know that this Seventh Seal cannot be broke to the public until that hour arrive.

• ¶394–¶398 Now, there was some reason that God let this Seven Voices be thundered. Because, It must come, see. For the…We find that Christ, the Lamb, took the—the Book in His hand, and He opened that Seventh Seal. But, you see, it’s a hidden mystery. No one knows It. But, It—It, right along with what He said, “No one would know His Coming.” They also would not know about this Seven-Thunder mystery. So, you see, it’s connected together. That much, we have an understanding of It, today, because the rest of It is all unfolded; but this is not unfolded. But sitting in my room, and I heard this…or, not heard it, rather, but seen It unfold to this Seven Thunders. Now, that’s as far as we can go, right there. And now I trust that each and every one of you will serve God and do that which is right. And love Him, all your life, and serve Him. And God will take care of the rest. Now, we have, in the completion here now, by the grace of God, all the mysteries of the six Seals that’s been sealed up, and we understand and know here that the Seventh Seal is not to be known to the public. Now, His Coming, at the hour of His Coming, when the destruction of the earth, you know, He said, there, “What will be the sign of the coming of the end of the world?” In Matthew 24, there where they asked Him that question. He went down to that. He told about Israel being gathered as a nation, in the 31st verse, of Matthew 24:31. But then He started off on parables, see. Then you see the… “Learn a parable of the fig tree. When you see it putting forth its buds, why, you know spring is nigh. And then when you see this coming to pass, then know the time is nigh.” See, Israel gathering in its own homeland. But, you notice, He omitted the revelation of this Seventh Seal.

• ¶403–¶406 You remember, the little bitty messengers; they went east. The second messengers, the doves, little bit larger bird, they went east. And then I looked…They was with me, all the time. That was that First and Second Pull. Now, the Third came from the west, sweeping forward with great, terrific speed, and They picked me up. That was coming back east, with the mystery of these Seven Seals. Just like it said in—in Junior Jackson’s dream, that the Lord let me interpret for him there, “On the inside of that pyramid, there was white Stone that wasn’t written on.” That’s the reason I had to go west, to connect with these Angels’ Message, to come back here to reveal It to the church. Remember, I said, “The next things that happen will be here at the church.” That’s just exactly. Another thing, I want you to notice what taken place. And if you’re listening to the tape, of the What Time Is It, Sir?, you will notice that one Angel was very notable to me. The rest of Them just was seemed ordinarily. But this Angel was a noted Angel. He was to my left, in the constellation in the form of a pyramid. And, remember, it was in the pyramid, where the mysterious white Rock was not written on. And the Angels took me into that pyramid of Themselves, the mysteries of God known only to Them. And, now, Them was the Messengers had come to interpret that pyramid, or that Message of the secret of these Seven Seals which lays withinside the pyramid.

• ¶411–¶415 The interpretation come just as I had need of It, that was in the room, and I gave It out just as He give It. Now, you see, friends, visions doesn’t fail. They’re always perfect. They’re just exactly true. Now, the vision, plus the Word, plus the history, plus the church ages, and all, blend together. So, I could truly say, that, to the best of my understanding, and according to the Word of God, and the vision, and the revelation, the interpretation thereof is THUS SAITH THE LORD. Now, may the Lord bless you all, each one, real richly, as we stand now and sing this good old song of the church. God bless you, each one. Amen. • ¶195–¶201 Pentecost dried up and died, like Luther, Wesley, and the rest of them. It’s no more than a bunch of churches pulled together. Good people in there, yet, has got to be come out. What did He do? He opened up the Seven Seals of the last Message. You notice that? The Seven Seals, which, all the mysteries of the seven church ages was sealed with Seven Seals. The reformers didn’t have time to do it in their days. They didn’t live long enough. But this blessed revelation of the Seven Seals, it’s open to us in this last days, from a prophecy that went forth to Arizona. How I asked God, the other day, “What are You doing with me out here in this desert?” Did you know Moses wrote the New Testament…or the Old Testament? He certainly did. First four Books gives the laws of everything: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, and Deuteronomy. He wrote the Old Testament. To do that, he had to leave all of his associates and loved ones, and go into a desert. Paul wrote the New Testament. That’s right. He wrote Romans, and Romans and all the rest of It there, Hebrews and Timothy, and so forth. And to do that, he had to separate from hisself, and go down into Arabia, into a desert, for three years, get the revelation of God. “Oh,” you say, “how about Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John?” They were scribes that just wrote what Jesus did. Paul separated and put the Word together. That’s right. Well, then, look, if it taken that, and had to go to a desert, away from their loved ones…

• ¶300–¶302 Now we’re closing, in saying this. Finish up the great commission, how could they do it? We know they’re dead. God let it die in this scientific age, all of it, so—so He could (do what?) open up the Seven- Seal mystery to the undenominational Bride. How can a denomination accept those Seven Seals, when It’s absolutely contrary, serpent’s seed and all those other things? The whole, full seven mysteries is contrary to what they’ve been taught, because they took the old school from their Bible school. And the Seven Seals of God, when It was opened there on the mountain: let God, no, let me die right now at this pulpit if That ain’t the Truth. And I foretold you, a year and six months before it happened, what He told me, “Go to Arizona,” and what would happen out there in the desert. And there’s men setting right here, tonight, was standing right there and present when the seven Angels come down. And even mag-…The magazine, Life magazine, packed the article of It. It’s right there in the observatory, and everything. Now they don’t even know what It’s all about. And everything has been said, oh, even to the destruction of California, coming up now, and all these other things. And how I told them how many days it would be, how it would be where this big earthquake happened in Alaska, and that would be the beginning of the sign of time, and what would take place. And just word by word, what It said, It’s never failed one time. You’ve never seen It fail. And It can’t fail, because It’s God’s Words. “And Heaven and earth will pass away, but It can’t fail.” That’s right.

• ¶359–¶363 “Oh,” you say, “I’m good enough. I’ve done this. I’ve danced in the Spirit. I’ve spoke in tongues.” So does the heathen. “I shouted.” So does the heathen. How can you turn back on the Word then? …why not, Why not come to Him now? Why not, why not, Why not come to Him now? Why do you wait, dear brother, O why do you tarry so long? Jesus is waiting to save you A place in His sanctified Home. Put you one of the members of His Body! Why…? Oh, little eagle, come now. Oh, why not come…? Lord, I’m thankful. I’m very thankful. Thanksgiving to You, Lord; not for natural food, yet that. But, Lord, the end time is here. I’m thankful for this spiritual Food, Lord, the spiritual Food of the Seven Seals was promised to be opened. You say, “That’ll be something different.” No, no. You can’t add one word. And take…It’s already in There, just hid. It’s sealed. How many understands that? Say, “Amen.” [Congregation says, “Amen.”—Ed.] See? You say, “Well, that’s a mystery will come forth.” Oh, no. It’s already Writ. You can’t add one word to It, or take one from It. See? It’s already in There. It’s just got to be revealed in the last day. Won’t you come? Come on now, friend. If you can’t understand, come. Kneel down, talk to Him about It. If I can’t make It plain to you, He will, for He is a—a Dissolver of all doubts. …in His sanctified throng. Oh, why… Won’t you come? …why not, Why not come to Him now?

• ¶9–¶13 And—and then, also, knowing that right among you things are happening, see, that I—I’m just…I—I know. I know you—you don’t see it, see. I’m just positive you don’t see it, see. And you say, “Brother Branham, that’s a hard thing for you to say that.” I know it is. But, look, just let me just say this now. I suppose this is just tapes for ourselves, and so forth. But let me say it, see. That, you—you don’t… You don’t get it, see, and you’re not supposed to get it. So don’t try to interpret anything, see. Don’t try to put your interpretation to it; you only—you only get further away. Just take my advice, if you believe me now, if God has—has give me favor in your sight. And you know, that, them revelations and things. I—I been here with you a long time, see, and it’s always been right. And now to double prove it, right, it hooks right in with the Word. See? So, you know It’s THUS SAITH THE LORD. That’s exact. See, It’s proved to you. Now take my advice, as your brother. Don’t put your own interpretation to anything. You just go on and live a good Christian life. Cause, you’ll only wind yourself away from the real thing when you do it. See? You, you’ll only wind your way again away from the thing. And all of you are conscious and knows that there is something mysterious happening. And it is happening. And I know what it is. Now, I’m just not saying that; it’s the grace of God that lets me know what it is. It’s something that’s tremendous. And it’s gone right now, and there’s not a way in the world for you to see it. And it’s…I… But, so help me, with this Bible in my hand, I know what it is. It’s been told you, before. So just—just don’t try to put any interpretation, but just believe me, as your brother. See? We’re living in a great hour. We’re living in a time where the…Well, we’re…

• ¶65–¶69 First, we got the church ages, and got the history, laid down the Nicaea councils and pre-Nicaea councils, and everything that we could find in history, and found out that the correct interpretation of the Word was exactly with the history. And bring it on down to this day, in this Laodicea. And you—you don’t have to have history of that; this is making history now, see. There it is. And, then, showed what would be in this age. Now we come back with the Seals, and open that Seal. God opens that Seal for us. What’s that? First, there’s a messenger, church age; next is the Seven Seals. Now, we find out the corruption that hits in the seventh church age. But the Seventh Seal doesn’t reveal anything, what’s going to happen to it. See? Because, at the end of that church age is to come a prophetic gift to reveal these things. See? Are you following it? [Congregation says, “Amen.”—Ed.] All right. Now notice how each one of those Seals… Then I come over here, and those three questions asked Jesus Christ, “What, when will these things be, ‘There won’t be one stone on another’? When will this be taken down, this religious center of the world, and another be set up?” See? “When will it be?” Antichrist ride! See? And what went out to meet it? The Word, the Word against the word. Then it settled down to politics and everything else, and there went the ox labor. See? That’s exactly the second here. And Jesus said so, in Matthew 24, see. Then we come down from that, to the cunningness of the reformers, the man Beast went out to meet it. That’s what taken place. Then we come down, the next, to the Fourth Seal, when antichrist become a conglomerations, and had a name, “Death.”

• ¶70–¶74 Now watch what Jesus said, “And he would throw her to the fires, and even kill her children.” That’s death, riding. That’s both Protestant and Catholic, mark of death on each one of them. See, “Her and her children be destroyed.” So if you’re depending on your denomination, you better get away from it right now. And then when it come to the Seventh Seal, Jesus stopped right there. He opened the Sixth Seal, by saying, “The moon would be turned into blood, and darkness and everything.” These things would take place. We come right over here and open up the Sixth Seal. After the Sixth Seal was opened, then swing right back and show the same thing. There you are, with three different places in the Scripture, tied them together with the revelation. See? Watch. The place that Jesus said so; the place that when He opened the Book, it was hid from the foundation of the world; and then the revelation of this day here, placing it right in there, ties the three together. And three is a witness. So, it’s true. It’s absolutely true. Now, these virgins that come along here, they are the ones that fall asleep, and then the whole body is made up together of that group. That goes to make the…see, to make the—the wise virgins. And the unwise virgins are the one that started back there at the same time the wise virgins started, antichrist, and they are the ones that tries to buy Oil. Now just look here and see how perfect, everywhere you go. If I could stand here and talk the things that’s revealed in that room, I tell you, it would swim your heads around. But how you going to do it, when you got a whole thing here?

• ¶348–¶352 Yeah. That’s right. Please forgive me for that, see. That’s all right, see, I did. Brother Branham, will you interpret of…? After you open… Brother Branham, will the—the (d-e-s-p-e-…) dispensation… Pardon me. “Will the dispen-…?” Now, it’s not you. It’s me, see. 214. Will the dispensation of grace be over, after you open the Seventh Seal? I hope not. No. No. Friends, don’t get that in your mind now, see. You just go right on. Dig the potatoes, and go to church, and right on. If it takes place in the morning, you be found doing just exactly what you’re supposed to be doing. Don’t—don’t start… See, when you do, you twist the very thing away from the—the purpose that it’s intended for. You get little peculiar thoughts, and you get your own ideas about thing. Don’t take your own idea. Just when you sit and listen to things like that, say, “Thank You, Lord. I’m just going to walk a little closer to You.” See? “I’m going to walk…” Don’t quit work and say, “I’ll sell out everything.” A man run in, up here, the other day, from North Carolina, just before we left. And he said, “Glory to God! Can you tell me where some great somebody was?” And I said, “No.” “Oh, yes, sir,” said, “this guy has got the…” Said, “This guy is the president of the Audio Mission.” I said, “The what?” Said, “Audio Mission.” I said, “I don’t understand.” And he said, “Oh,” said, “this guy is the president.” I said, “What did you say his name was?”

• ¶410–¶413a Now, all right, let the line start this a way. Ask every one, lay hands on them, you ministers, as they pass by. In the Name of the Lord Jesus! I lay my hands, in the Name of the Lord Jesus, my brother. In the Name of the Lord Jesus! God, grant it to my sister, Rosella, in Jesus’ Name. In the Name of Jesus Christ! In the Name of Jesus Christ! You stay; watch that till the line ends. In the Name of the Lord Jesus!…?… Remember, He is humble. Humbly come. 4. REVELATION, CHAPTER FIVE PART II — 1961-06-18

• ¶66–¶69 Now, let us turn in our gracious Book, expecting the Lamb to open the seals, or to open the Book to us. Let’s turn now, we’re in the 5th chapter of the Book of The Revelation of Jesus Christ. Now, and to my friends all over the different parts of the world that will be hearing this by the magnetic tape, in here I might say that I have to express doctrines and so forth to make this. And any man that has not a doctrine has not a ministry. So if you don’t think that your congregation should hear the tape, then keep it from them. But I’m just expressing my own opinion and my own feelings, my own revelation of the Word of God. Now, a few months ago we went back and background the…a few days ago, rather, we went and background the 4th chapter, the 3rd chapter to the 4th. And now, last Sunday, we background the 4th chapter to the 5th. And now, today, we want to background the 5th and lay a foundation for the oncoming 6th. And today it’s my purpose to set in order the Scriptures, for maybe in the future, I don’t know when it will be, but if the Lord provides, someday to take seven-day’s meeting in the tabernacle on The Seven Seals. We had Seven Church Ages, now we’re going to take seven nights of the seven mysterious seals of God, opening a seal each night till it comes down to the Seven Seals. Now, I don’t know when the Lord will provide that, but, if He does, I’m just going to lay the background of it this morning.

• ¶244–¶248 God, I may never be able to talk to these people that raised their hands, here on this earth. I don’t know. I hope I do. But if I don’t, then, Lord, let me meet them down along the trail there. They might say something like this, “Brother Branham, you remember down on earth before this great thing happened, one morning you was speaking on the—the opening up of the seals that had been kept in a earthly Vessel? It was that time that He come in my earthly vessel, I was one that raised my hand that morning. Oh, I’m so glad that I was there.” I’ll say, “Brother, sister, I’m so glad that I was there, too. Now we’re have fellowship together through all ages.” Bless them, Father, they’re Yours. You said, “No man can come to Me except the Father draws him. And all the Father gives Me will come, none of them will be lost.” So we’re—we’re grateful, Father, for that. May they come on now and get the earnest of their salvation, not go join a church. But the earnest is not a church-joining but a new Birth, to receive the Holy Spirit. May they receive You, Father. For we commit it into Thy hands, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen. For these handkerchiefs: Lord Jesus, I pray over these handkerchiefs; and ask that You’ll bless all that are needy, all that’s here, Lord, this poor woman sitting here in the wheelchair. After this great meeting this morning, Father, feeling Your Holy Spirit all saturating through us, feeling the Word going down deep and taking roots in the hearts of the people. They’ll never forget it, Lord. Every time when they hear these things they’ll think of them seals being opened up. Now, help us to know what those seals were, Lord, so each one will not be puzzled in his mind, but he’ll know from “THUS SAITH THE LORD” that it is the seal of God, the seals that God unfolded to us.

5. THE BREACH BETWEEN THE SEVEN CHURCH AGES AND THE SEVEN SEALS — 1963-03-17

• ¶42–¶47 Just as John was giving his message, the same time that Messiah come in the days. John knew he would see Him, because he was going to introduce Him. And we realize that, in the Scriptures, over in Malachi 4, there is to be a one like John, an—an Elijah to whom the Word of God can come to. And he is to reveal, by the Holy Spirit, all the mysteries of God, and restore the Faith of the children back to the faith of the apostolic fathers, restore back all these mysteries that’s been progged at, through these denominational years. Now, that’s what the Word said. I’m just responsible for what It said. See? It’s—It’s written, is right. That’s what It is. Now, we see that this Seven-Seal Book, now, is the mystery of redemption. It’s a Book of Redemption, from God. Now, all the mysteries, at this time, should be finished at the sounding of this messenger. Now, here is the angel on earth; and “another” Angel, mighty Messenger, come down. See, this angel was an earthly angel, messenger; but here comes One down from Heaven, a rainbow covenant, see, only Christ it could be. Just exactly like was in Revelation, 1st chapter, “Standing in the midst of the Seven Golden Candlesticks, with a rainbow, to look upon as jasper and sardius stone.” And here He returns back, in the 10th chapter, after the coming time that all the mysteries is to be finished and the Seals are to be broke, and proclaiming that it’s, “Time is no more.” And He said, “When the seventh angel has begin to sound, then the mystery should be finished, and time for the Angel to appear.” We’re close, somewhere. Right. Now notice.

• ¶142–¶145 Now…(Pardon me.) We realize… Now, if you would like to look in the Scriptures, you can get over in Jeremiah and find out there. When he was—when he—he was going into the captivity of the land, you know, he—he bought his uncle… His uncle’s son had some—some property, and he went through that, sealing. And if we took it all…We got that also in the Seven Church Ages, them seals and so forth, in there. You see, a seal, in the Old Testament, was like a roll, like this. [Brother Branham uses sheets of paper to illustrate the rolling, sealing, and opening of a scroll—Ed.] And here was a mystery, and this mystery was hidden. All right, it was sealed around and put here, the claim to so-and-so. Then, the next mystery was wrapped around what this inheritance was, and stuck out here on this side, the—the—the claim to so-and-so. And went on down until it made a scroll, because people didn’t have books like this then. It was in a roll, (how many knows that?) called a scroll. Well, a sealed scroll, you could break loose one here, what the mystery of this was, and tear it loose, and you could see what that claim was. And then break the other one loose, and you can see what that claim was. And the whole thing Here is Seven Seals, got the mysteries of God from the foundation of the world all sealed up in There, and revealed by seven different Seals, that, if God willing, let Him let us pull back these Seals and look down through the Book and find out what’s It all about. See? Oh, I hope we have a great time! There the mystery of redemption is sealed until…This Book could not be broken until the last angel’s Message.

• ¶211–¶217 “Let him that’s filthy be filthy still. Let him that’s righteous be righteous still. Let him that’s holy be holy still.” The thing is closed. Oh, brother! Then what? Then what? And, remember, it comes at the seventh church age, when the mysteries of God will be opened up. Now watch real close. This is something you must get. Now, He had been doing His mediatorial work, making intercessions for the believer. For two thousand years He had been back there, a Lamb. Now He is stepping forth from Eternity, to take the title-deeded Book, and to break the Seals, and reveal the mysteries. When of it? At the end time. Do you get it? [Congregation says, “Amen.”—Ed.] All right, we’ll go on then. Now, break the Seals and release all the mysteries to them, to the seventh angel, whose Message is to reveal all the mysteries of God. The mysteries of God lays in these Seven Seals. See? That’s what He said here. All the mysteries lays in these Seven Seals. And the Lamb comes forth now, from being a Mediator between God and man. He becomes a Lion. And when He becomes a Lion, He takes the Book. That’s His rights. God has held It, the mystery, but now the Lamb comes. Nobody could take the Book. It’s still in the hands of God. No pope, priest, whatever might be, they can’t take (no) the Book. The Seven Seals hasn’t been revealed. See? But when, the Mediator, when His work is done as an Intercessor, He comes forth. And John…The elder said, “He’s a Lion.” And He comes forth. Watch Him. Oh, my! See? He comes forth to take the Book, now watch, to reveal the mysteries of God, that others has guessed at, in all these denominational ages.

• ¶327–¶330 Do you love Him? Isn’t He wonderful? Oh, what would we do without This? “Man shall not live by bread alone; but by every Word that proceeds from the mouth of God, shall man live.” Oh, feed me, Lord, upon the Word. “Forsaking not to assemble yourselves together, as the manner of unbelievers, and that much more as you see the Day approaching.” God willing, tomorrow night, by the grace of God, I’ll try, with all that’s in me, to ask Him to interce-…intercede, that the mystery of 45 these Seals, as they break forth, will proclaim the Word of God to the people. Until I meet you, God be with you! And now I turn the service to our noble brother, Brother Neville, the pastor. How many loves Brother Neville? [Congregation says, “Amen.”—Ed.] Now, we all do. 6. THE SIXTH SEAL — 1963-03-23

And each question, compare it right down, and see if it don’t run hand in hand, just like we done in all these others opening up, to the church ages and everything, exactly the same. There is the Seal, perfectly opened, then. Notice, now. Now we’re going to read, first, for the…“Then He answered them…” And—and then He—He is going to start answering now, and we want to compare it with the Seals. Now watch. The First Seal is Revelation 6:1 and 2. Now we read 6:1 and 2. And—and I saw…the Lamb when he had opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it was the noise of a thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer. Who did we find this fellow was? [Congregation says, “Antichrist.”—Ed.] Antichrist. Matthew 24, now, 4 and 5. And Jesus answered and said unto them—unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. See it? Antichrist. There is your Seal. See? See? He spoke it here; and here they open a Seal, and here he was, just perfect.

And then the revelation that He gives me, which is contrary to what any of us has ever thought; why, contrary to what I thought, ’cause I never went into It like that. But now, we find, it slides right together. And what is It? It’s THUS SAITH THE LORD. See? It’s exactly. It’s been a place opened up, holding there, to this hour, and then the Lord comes and pushes It right in like that. So, you see, there It is. It’s—It’s the Lord. Oh, I love Him! I love Him with all my heart. Now remember, you…We couldn’t get to the altar. Several held their hands up. Now, see, it’s an individual affair, with you. It’s whatever you want to do. See? The hour is so close at hand, you ought to be pressing as hard as you could, not have to be pulled. See, just pressing, trying to get in, “Lord, don’t let me out. Don’t leave me out, Lord. The doors are closing; if I can just get in!” See? God will close the door one day. He did in the day of Noah, and they beat on the door. [Brother Branham knocks on the pulpit several times—Ed.] Is that right? Now remember, the Bible said, that, “In the seventh watch.” That right? Some fell asleep in the first watch, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh. But, in the seventh watch, there come forth a proclamation, a cry, “The Bridegroom cometh! Go out to meet Him.”

7. THE ANOINTED ONES AT THE END TIME — 1965-07-25

• ¶335–¶337 Now (Listen closely.) we see plainly, after the Seven Seals has been opened. That’s to reveal that mystery: What is that trinity? See? Where was it ever called trinity? See? Where in the Bible did It even speak the word trinity? Where could there be three Gods, that we worship three Gods and not be heathens? How can they be separate, when He said, “I and My Father are One”? “Except you believe that I am He, you’ll perish in your sin, see, your unbelief.” Sin is unbelief. “You’ll perish in your unbelief.” Oh, who do you say that I am, from whence did you say that I came, Oh, do you know My Father, or can you tell His Name? I AM the Rose of Sharon, the Bright and Morning Star. Can you tell me Who He is? I AM that spoke to Moses in the burning bush of Fire, I AM the God of Abraham, the Bright and Morning Star. I AM the Rose of Sharon, oh, whence did you say that I came; Oh, do you know My Father, or can you tell His Name? (Amen!) I AM Alpha, Omega, the Beginning from the End; I AM the whole creation, and Jesus is His Name. That’s right. No trinity! No, sir. That’s a false thing. The Seven Seals, opening those mysteries that “should be finished,” shows up. Seal opened; disposes, shows up, makes plain the hidden Truths that the Seals had hid all these years, through all those churches and denominations. “The great whore,” of Revelation seven-…Who was she? But she is “THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS,” also. See? “Now, you called them ‘vultures,’” you say, “Brother Branham.” That’s right.

• ¶359–¶362 Notice, the very day when this messenger…Not when he starts on, but when he begins to declare his Message. See? The First Pull, healing; Second Pull, prophesying; Third Pull, the opening of the Word, the mysteries revealed. No more, there is no more higher order to reveal the Word, than prophets. But the only way the prophet can be vindicated is by the Word. And, remember, the Third Pull was the opening of them Seven Seals, to reveal the hidden Truth that’s been sealed in the Word. Do you see it? [Congregation says, “Amen.”—Ed.] It is then, in that day when this thing is to take place, that Jannes and Jambres, the impersonators, will appear again. Just like they did when Moses appeared with the original Word, to say It, they appear to impersonate It. Just exactly right. Now you see what Matthew 24:24 is? See, anointed ones! Now there’s three things we’re going to say before we close. This is it. I want you to listen real close now as we close. Three things, remember, three things have been fulfilled. Three things lays before you right now. First. The world is in a Sodom condition. Jesus said it would happen. Look at the perversion; our women trying to act like men; our men trying to act like women, sissyfied; rotten, filthy, low-down, devil- possessed, and don’t know it. The Bible said that would happen, and that’s where it’s at. Secondly. It’s in that hour, according to the Scripture here, that Jannes and Jambres appears. Secondly. Thirdly. It’s in that same hour that the Son of man is to be revealed.

8. IS THIS THE SIGN OF THE END, SIR? — 1962-12-30

• ¶15–¶19 And, you know, there’s a Scripture over in Luke, said, “The common people heard Him gladly.” He spoke in their language. I hope that’s so, again. We are happy for the Lord. Now, I know, I see them ladies standing around. It’s bad enough to see men standing, let alone them girls and boys, and ladies, and so forth, standing around the walls, and little children. But, we just haven’t got the adequate seating room. So, we pray that, that next time we have the meetings, after this week, after this time… You know, the next thing up, as far as we know, is those Seven Seals. And, the Lord willing, we start on them just immediately as soon as the church is over, built, so we can get in here. We’re coming in for a re- dedication. And maybe anywhere from one to two, and maybe three weeks, straight, meeting now, a coming up for the—the Seven Seals. So, we’re expecting a great time in the Lord, during that time. And we’ll…All of you out-of-town people, we’ll mail you the cards and everything, and let you know just exactly the time, maybe a week, or two, ahead of time. The contractor, as I understood Billy to say tonight, would be done the tenth day of February. Well, if he is done the tenth, we’ll start about the fifteenth, then. So, just as soon as they’re finished, we’ll start right in on that. Old Sister Kidd called me, a while ago, and she was almost in tears. She said, “Brother Branham, we tried so hard to start that old car, and it wouldn’t start. So,” she said, “you pray it’ll start, and I’ll come tomorrow.” And she said, “Wonder if I could find a place to stay?”

9. GOD BEING MISUNDERSTOOD — 1961-07-23

• ¶6–¶8 So I’ll try to get right in on these and answer them the best of my knowledge. And then if I get finished in time, I have a text I’d like to— to speak on for just maybe twenty or thirty minutes, just a short text. And then, remember, if the Lord is willing, next Sunday morning I want to do my best, by the grace of God, to explain The Seventy Weeks Of Daniel. As I said this morning, it’s a great Scripture. And it’s not so much to speak on, but to place it where it belongs, to make it fit with the rest of the Bible. And we have started from Revelation 1, got over in the 6th chapter. And, of course, we get in now to the seven last Seals. And those Seals will run from the 6th, last part of the 6th chapter, unto the 19th chapter, inclusive. So it would take a long time. Now, I could take, say, seven nights, and run The Seven Seals, opening them up. But if you do it that way, then the people will miss the great part back here that fills in this. And if they’re not really taught, it might not be good. But the first three or four of them is just happenings that we can take all right, just coming right in a row; but the next of it, then you have to go back into Daniel again, come back over into Genesis, go back over into Revelation, come back down into the Gospels, and just weave it in there, because it’s the trace of Israel, God dealing with Israel. For when the Church goes up, that’s the last of the Church until She comes with Her Lord as Bride and Bridegroom in the 19th chapter; during this time it’s dealing with Israel. And to get The Seventy Weeks Of Daniel in now, it sets the picture for this coming opening, First Seal.

10. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS — 1954-01-03

• ¶171–¶175 I can prove by the Bible that “The first time the Angel of God went over the lands to seal with the Holy Ghost, He only sealed those who cried and sighed for the abominations done in the city,” Ezekiel, the 9th chapter. Is that right? Set a seal upon the forehead of those who sigh and cry for the abominations that’s done in the city. Now, I want to ask you a question, I’ll ask you this question. (Now we’ll close just as quick as I can.) What would take place today if the Holy Ghost went through Jeffersonville, New Albany, and Louisville, to seal those this afternoon who would be at home, “God, send a revival, just so hungry for a meeting. O God, look at the sins of the city. Oh, isn’t it terrible, God? Oh, won’t You please send a revival, God? Send some good preacher, send someone. O Lord, let the Holy Ghost…” Where, where would He seal? Think of that. Now, “Well, Brother Branham, what do you mean?” I mean this, and I say this now reverent, walking on brittle threads. I believe that day is about finished, them that’s in is in. See? See? The doors are closing together, you don’t have that burden no more. Billy Graham’s had meetings all across the country, and Oral Roberts, and all the rest of us. We’ve cried, and prayed and prayed, and everything else. But, you see, the doors are closing. “Let him that’s filthy,” I’m quoting Scripture, “be filthy still. Let him that’s righteous, righteous still. Him that’s holy, holy still.” And I believe the doors of the Gentiles is closing together. See? The day of the time of the season is just about over, just a few more to come in. The reason you can’t have no kind of a meeting like that, there’s no travail of soul. You don’t— you don’t get that burden.

11. THE FIRST SEAL — 1963-03-18

• ¶5–¶9 Years ago I run through It here, about some twenty years ago, I guess, or something like that, but somehow or another I never was just exactly satisfied. It seemed like there was some things, especially in these Seals, because those Seals are the entire Book. See? It’s the Book. The whole Book is one Book, sealed. It starts… For instance, if I had something here, I’d show you what I mean. [Brother Branham uses sheets of paper to illustrate the rolling and sealing of a scroll—Ed.] Here is one seal. That’s one, and you roll it up like this, the way it was rolled. And you roll it up in this manner. And, at the end, there is a little piece sticking out, like that. That’s the first seal. All right, then, that’s the first part of the book. Then, the next seal is rolled in this manner, right by the side of it. And it’s rolled up in this manner, like here. And then, at the end, right here, there is another sticking out. Means, two seals. And that’s the way the whole Bible was wrote, in scrolls. And, so, the…to break these Seals, it opens the mysteries of the Book. Did you get to study in Jeremiah, how he wrote that, many of you taking it down last night? How them seals were wrote and placed away, for keeping, until he returned after seventy years, of the captivity. He was returned back and claimed his possession. And I certainly like to study It. You can’t…There is no way to express It all, because It’s an Eternal Word. And It’s an Eternal Book, therefore we just have to kind of hit the high places. And today, in studying, I have written down many Scriptures so you can study It. And also…And the tapes will reveal much of It, as you study. And there is so many things!

• ¶409–¶413 We pray, God, that You’ll take these words now that has been said, and make them real to the people. Let them see It, Lord. Being pinched for time, and, You know, Father, so I pray that enough has been said that the Holy Spirit will take It and reveal It into hearts. Those who are writing the Scriptures down, may they study Them. Those who are making tapes or—or—or hearing the tapes, may they study It; not put their own interpretation to It now, but just study the Word. Grant it, Father. In Jesus’ Name, I commit it all to You, and for Your glory. Amen. [A brother prophesies—Ed.] Amen. Oh, thank You, Lord! Let’s just praise Him. Oh, if there’s somebody here that don’t know Him in pardoning, do it now. You hear that straight, strong rebuke. If you ever expect to draw nigh, do it now, for days after this. What if that was the breaking of that Seal? What if that was the Angel that sent forth there, that blasted, almost, me off of the ground, the other day, standing back there, when three witnesses are standing close. That I told you before I went, “There would be an explosion that would almost send me up.” And I was caught up by seven Angels, and come eastward. The thing like to shook me from the ground. Is that right, Brother Norman, Brother Fred Sothmann, who was standing with me when it happened, above Tucson? And the—the… Setting, picking the burrs off of my clothes, exactly what the vision said. And it was south of…towards Tucson. If that’s right, raise up your hand, Brother Fred, Brother Norman. There they are. Stand up on your feet, so the people can see that you were there, a witness. I never heard anything like it, in my life.

12. GOD’S PROVIDED WAY OF HEALING — 1954-07-19

• ¶13–¶14a John saw the same thing, and when he saw it on—on there, this Book on the backside, after it was done been taught all the way through, on the backside had seven seals. And these was to be loosened when the mystery of God would be fulfilled. We’re at that time, for the seven mysteries to be opened up to the church. Oh, what rich teaching this Bible produces. But no one—no one was able to even take the book, look thereon, or to loose the seals. And there was a Lamb, that had been slain from the foundation of the world, come took the hand out of the—the Book out of the hand of Him that set upon the throne, and opened the Book, and loosed the seals thereof. So let us speak to Him Who can do this, now, while we bow our heads. Our dear, loving, heavenly Father, we approach Thee today, humbly in the Name of Thy dear Son the Lord Jesus Christ. Then where could we brag? Nothing we’ve done, nothing we can do, but by grace are we saved through faith. For before the foundation of the world He chose us in Christ Jesus. And now, He’s given us the Holy Spirit, a Seal until the day of our redemption when we shall be presented to the Father, faultless, standing washed in His Blood. And now, may He, that taken the Book from the right hand, come and take the Book this afternoon and open it to us as we speak on it. Father, I pray that You’ll give instructions to these poor sick, needy people. Many’s drove several miles to come here to be prayed for. And I ask Thee, Father, to give Spirit to Thy servant, and knowledge, not for self, but for these poor, sick, needy people, that’s setting in this auditorium today.

13. THE FEAST OF THE TRUMPETS — 1964-07-19

And he said that this…in that day that he seen Him come down, and he eat up the little book. And there was…“He put one foot on land, and one on the sea, and swore by Him that lives, and ever and ever, that, ‘Time shall be no more.’” And when He did, Seven Thunders uttered their voices. And when the Seven Thunders uttered their voices, John said he was about to write. And He said, “Don’t write It.” Uh-huh. See? And he sealed It. Now, someone said, “Well, that Seven Seals, then, Brother Branham, that will be revealed in the last days, some great mystery how we get closer to God?” No, sir, it can’t be.

We got a thousand years after the Church has gone Home and comes back upon the earth. Then time ceases in the New Heavens and New Earth. Now, the Millennium is not the New Heavens and New Earth. There will still be sin after the Millennium. The Millennium is a type of Noah going in the ark, and carried over, and brought Ham and them on the other side. And sin even come out of the ark. See? But Enoch, the translated one, was a type of the Bride that went up, not the one that was carried over. So sin will still be on the other side of the Millennium, but not during the Millennium. See? During the Millennium is peace. See? But sin will be dealt with the other side of the Millennium, and then time fades out. And now, the opening of the Seven Seals that was given by the Holy Spirit, the Seven Seals only was to make known what had been left off in the dispensations behind us. Now, as some great theologian tried to corner me on that, he said, “Brother Branham, you…God some day will give you the secret of those Seven Seals. Those Seven Seals will be something that we’ve never learned yet, that it’ll be something that’s not even in the Bible.” No, no! It won’t be that, because if you do, that would make it a…If I told you that, I’d be a false prophet, because (you see?) this Word…There… Everything that’s—that’s…The whole revelation of Jesus Christ is all completed in this Word. See? And if the Seven Seals pertained to the seven churches, it had to be already past, because we’re in the Laodicea Church Age. And the Seven Seals was only revealing what they had left off back there, and it opened up what they had left; what Luther left; what Wesley left; and all the reformers, and Pentecostals, and down to the present time.

15. A MAN RUNNING FROM THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD — 1965-02-17

• ¶5–¶8 Last evening on the private line, I had a—a call come all the way from down somewhere in Arkansas, some people wanted to move up here this next week, said they heard we was going to start a meeting on The Seven Seals. I just got through The Seven Church Ages, to the strangers. And her husband is coming Monday to get him a job in Louisville, so he can work while they stay close enough to hear those Seven Seals. I said, “That’d take about three months, lady. We don’t have any place here to advertise the meeting, and so forth, nothing to take care of it here in the city, nothing for to seat the people.” I’d like to sometime, maybe, if God being willing, to have that out in the campaign somewhere, set up about a three-month’s meeting and just start right through those seals like that, out in the campaign. Then people could just stay right through it. In Here, it runs from the 6th chapter of Revelation, through the 19th. So you get the seven seals, the seven plagues, the three woes, the woman sitting on the scarlet-colored beast, and the hundred and forty- four thousand. Oh, there’s just so much of it goes in to tie those before the Seventh Seal is given, seventh plague falls, seventh trumpet sounds. And there’s so many of those things that all tie that together, and each one of them is a great day’s lesson in itself. Now let us bow our heads just a moment for a word of prayer. Before we pray, would there be some in here would like to be remembered in this prayer, and you would make known by raising up your hands. And in your heart, think to God just what you have need of now. And I pray that He will give it to you.

It’s a grand privilege to be back here in this building again tonight, and feeling the never-failing Presence of our Lord, as He’s give the promise. And now, I know that many of you has stayed over for the little Message tonight, for which I am very thankful. And many of you has to drive far yet tonight, to get home. Some are checked out of your motels, as I understand. And we are going to try not to hold you long, so that’s the reason we come in early so we could get away early. And now we will, just as soon as I can, I will announce when we are going to maybe start, I’ve had some calls this afternoon, knowing when we was going to start on these books, or this chapters. And I think, if the Lord willing, I want to take, the next time that we start, on the Seven Seals of Revelation, and the seven natural seals. And, then if we get through in time, take the seven seals on the back of the Book, see. Now, that may take a little time. See, there’s seven seals that’s opened; there’s seven plagues, seven trumpets, all those sevens; and them seals we could take first. But then on the back of the Book is sealed with seven seals. Daniel heard the voices, the thunders, and was forbidden to write it. John was forbidden to write it. But it was sealed on the backside of the Book, that is, after all of the mysteries of the Book has been given out and revealed. You notice Daniel said there, “The mysteries in the days of these voices, the mystery of God should be unfolded by that time.” See, “the mystery,” who God is, how He was made flesh, all these things should be unfolded by that time. And then— then we’re ready for the Seven Seals on the backside of the Book, that’s not even revealed to man, not even wrote in the Bible, but they’ll have to be just exactly compare with the rest of the Bible, and I think it’ll be a great thing.

19. THE UNVEILING OF GOD — 1964-06-14

Told us the day before, Brother Banks Wood and them, when He said, “Take up this rock, throw it up in the air, and say, ‘THUS SAITH THE LORD! You will see it right away.’” And I picked up the rock, up on top the mountain, threw it up in the air, and the…course, coming down, it started the whirlwind, see, the suction of it. You have to do something to cause something to follow it. Jesus took a piece of bread and broke it, then multiplied from that piece of bread. He took water, poured it into a pitcher. Elijah took salt, put it in a cruse; cut down a stick, throwed it on the water. It’s something to symbolize. And picking up this rock and throwing it into the air, and coming down started the whirlwind. The next day, why, there was a minister with us on a hunting trip. He was standing close, and he said to me, “Does the Lord give visions out like this, Brother Branham?” I said, “Yes, but I usually come out here to rest.” And just then the vision came. And Brother Borders, I think he’s outside now, he was along. Brother Banks Wood, I think, and, oh, several was up there, eight or ten. And Brother Banks Wood watching for this. Right on the mountain, right across from, exactly, about one half mile where the seven Angels appeared, that I left here to go there for, that come back and told the…about the Seven Seals. Just about a half a mile from that.

20. REVELATION, CHAPTER FIVE PART I — 1961-06-11

And even the Lion of the tribe of Juda laid down His life to guard that mercy seat, let it be sprinkled with His Own Blood. What is this seven-sealed Book? Oh, what a great thing! Did you notice how it says here, “It was seven seals on the back of the Book”? It’s something…Oh, may God help us now and give us courage, and maybe sooner or later I can get it to you. Look, this is not written in the Word, it’s sealed on the back of the Word. The Book was sealed by these seven seals. The whole mystery of the Book is sealed up in these seven seals. This is one of the most greatest chapters in the whole Book of the Revelation. Look: And I saw in the right hand of him that sat upon the throne a book written within and…written within (Inside’s written, that’s what we’re reading this morning.) and…the backside, sealed with seven seals. Outside the Bible, what the Bible doesn’t even say, it’s sealed in here with seven seals: the mysteries of God.

21. RECOGNIZING YOUR DAY AND ITS MESSAGE — 1964-07-26

And we picked it up last Sunday, under the feast of the trumpets, if you all want to get it. What was it to do? To rush the Jews, from all parts of the world, back into their homeland. It must be there. And the opening of the Seals, under the Sixth Seal, and under…The Seven Trumpets sounded in the—the Sixth Seal. Now, the seventh angel’s Message is to open the mystery of the Seals, calling the eleventh-hour Gentile workers to receive the same pay that the first hour workers got. See? Now, Jesus taught it. He said there was some peoples went into the harvest. They were hired. And when they did, of early morning, they received a—a—a time, a penny for the day. And then at noontime, someone else come in and went to work. And then at the eleventh hour, that’s the last hour of the day, that someone come in and received the same kind of pay that they did at the first hour of the day; last hour. It’s so perfectly, how the first-hour messengers with the Word, with the Gospel, with the Truth, they came in at the Day of Pentecost. Then there was a dark age that blocked them out. Then at the middle of the day, Luther, and Wesley, and them, came in. And then there is to be an evening-time Message, and to receive the same thing that they did at the beginning. The evening-time Message is to restore back again, to bring back that same thing again.

He didn’t want this one-man leadership. Dathan, and how they come up before Moses and tried to tell him that “the—the message had to mean this,” and put a different interpretation to it, their own ideas of what it was. And they every one perished! Every one! Jesus said, “There wasn’t none of them but what perished.” They said, “Our fathers eat manna in the wilderness, for the space of forty years,” Saint John 6. Jesus said, “And they are every one dead.” Dead means “Eternally separated.” They’re all dead, yet they enjoyed hearing the message, yet they enjoyed the manna that fell. Not another manna; the genuine manna! But when it come to the time of when Balaam come out with his false doctrine, and said, “We’re all one. Why don’t we just go together and let our children marry one another? We’re a great nation. We’ll make you great with us.” Now anybody with common spiritual understanding can see exactly that same thing even today, marrying all of them together. And it was an unforgiveable sin. It was never forgiven Israel. But then Joshua raised up for the exodus. Now we’re taught, in Revelation the 6th chapter, I believe, yeah, 6th chapter, of the Seven Seals. That’s supposed…The Book to be sealed up with seven mysteries, or Seven Seals, Revelation 6. And in the last day, Revelation 10, in Revelation 10, we find out that the Laodicea, last messenger of the last age, and during the time of his prophecy, that the Seven Seals would be opened, the seven mysteries, sevenfold mysteries that had been left off.

24. THE THIRD EXODUS — 1963-06-30

The head of the F.B.I., for fingerprint and documents, there is his statement. “Some of them says, ‘A double-exposed lens.’” Tens of thousand of people have looked at It, with their own eyes. We stood here and looked at It. You’ve looked at It. It isn’t. “They said, ‘It was an optical illusion.’” What did Mr. Lacy say? “The mechanical eye of this camera won’t take psychology.” Uh-huh. Wasn’t no optical illusion. It’s there, the same Pillar of Fire. Then they say, “Oh, well, that was illusion.” Now, cameras, all, for in hundreds of miles of Tucson! Six months before it happened, we told you, by the Holy Spirit, I would be going there to pick up the news. Because, the pyramid’s Writing on the outside, as the brother had the dream, and I interpreted it to you. That’s the entire interpretation. Now, all the mysteries of justification, sanctification, baptism the Holy Ghost, was done explained. Now picking up the loose ends of that, which was concealed in the Seven Seals, not the seven churches. The Seven Seals reveal the mysteries. And then He opened this thing up, at the top, and found a Rock in there, white, but had never been wrote on. It was a mystery. Go to Tucson; foretell it before it happened. Stand north of Tucson, witnesses standing here with it, when a blast come, that shook the mountains off the ground, almost. And at the same time, a circle of Light hanging yonder in the air, when the science took the pictures now. “Twenty-six miles high,” about five times the distance of fog or anything could be. And they can’t even find what did it.

25. SOULS THAT ARE IN PRISON NOW — 1963-11-10

• ¶139–¶143 But, you see, in this Book was what was redeemed. It was the Book of Redemption. And everything that He had redeemed was written in that Book. All that He died for was written in the Book, and He could not leave His mediatorial Seat until He had thoroughly redeemed. And He couldn’t redeem it at the cross, because they were predestinated in the Lamb’s Book of Life, and He had to stay on There to make intercessions until that last person was finished. Glory! But one day He rose from There, come forth. Where was the Book at? It was still in the abstract Owner, God Almighty. And John looked around, and he wept, because there was no man even worthy to look on the Book and, especially, open the Seals, to reveal what the hidden mystery was. The mysteries was in the Seven Seals. When these Seven Seals was opened, that opened up the entire Bible. The Seven Seals; It was sealed with Seven Mysteries, and in these Seven Seals held the entire mystery of It. And it was the Book of Redemption, New Testament. Not the Old. It only proclaimed for the New Testament. “They have been made…cannot be made perfect without us,” Hebrews 11. See? See? Now, the redemption only come when the Redeemer died. And they were potentially under the blood of lambs, not the Redeemer; hadn’t been redeemed yet, until the Redeemer came. Notice now when this Redeemer…John looked around, and here sat God on the Throne, with the Book in His hand, that had been sealed with Seven Seals, and the whole plan of redemption was in It.

26. THE MARK OF THE BEAST AND THE SEAL OF GOD 2 — 1961-02-17

And he come to the tabernacle the other morning, and he raised up when the anointing was on, he said, “Brother Branham, like to ask you a question: How will I ever get into Jerusalem? I’ve tried every way.” I said, “I wouldn’t know what to tell you.” About that time the Holy Spirit moved, and said, “It’s not so, because Israel will be born in one day.” Always, yeah. Oh, we’re near. Oh, we’re going to get to that in a few minutes now, the Lord willing. And we find out that before the slaughter went forth, listen now, don’t miss it, before the slaughter went forth, he seen a Man come forth, dressed in white. What does white represent? Righteousness of saints. Now, and had a—a writer’s inkhorn at His side, He went through the city, first of Jerusalem, and set a seal upon those who sighed and cried for the abominations that was did in the city. That right, you Bible readers? And then when the slaughter went forth, He said, “Don’t spare, old, young, children, babies, whatever it is, utterly destroy everything that doesn’t have this mark.” See? There was nothing left. They either received the seal, or they did not have the seal.
